I regret this oversight and error Ms*** is correct Our records indicate that Customer Service requested a check from Accounting back on Sept Accounting simple misplaced the request and the check was not issued This was a mistake and we apologize
to Ms*** for making her wait.While there is no defense to our actions, this process, where we have to refund a customer by check is very unusual The vast majority (over 95%) of the time, refunds are issued via PayPal or credit card credit As such, the act of cutting a check to a customer is outside our business operations That make the process awkward and prone to error This is something we need to work on for the futureCheck number *** has been issued and released from accounting It should go out with tomorrow U.SMailIf there is anything else please let me knowKind Regards,
