They asked me if I could come back as they were booked for the day and when I told them I was from out of town they said they would try to work me in and they did! The service underwriter treated me as though I was one of there best clients and very professionalI meet the mechanic who was doing the work who exhibited complete integrity and was extremely knowledgeableThe work was completed in the time frame they said it would be and was not a penny more; matter-of-fact, they even passed on to me a discount that for some reason he was able to get on the new parts bringing the cost much less than what was originally quotedEven the office staff were very friendly and helpfulMy experience here was very positive and not the usual experience I normally get at a automotive repair shopI just wish they could be my regular auto repair and service shop:-)
