I too used this companyThe quote I got of $wasn't even close to what he charged usHe told me that my septic had collapsed and the hadn't, he told me he needed to dig up my yard and put another line in and where he was going to do it was not where the county said it had to goHe also charged me for gallon clean out and insisted just because I had a gallon tank it was full so he pulled out gallons of septic wasteMy bill was in excess of $I am female so he really took advantage of meHe also tore up my septic lids, and refused to give me back my permit that the county stampedHe was a rude character as well....I do NOT recommend him either

I called Septic Solutions to have my septic pumped due to a smell in my house, thinking that I may have septic problems They came out and said I need to have the area dug up, which we did They were to return after we dug up access doors They pumped the system, then came back the next day to advise we have serious problems and next additional work to be done for a cost of $ Come to find out from other reputable sources, that a home less than yrs old with only people living in the resident does not have to be pumped, odors are a good sign good bacteria is and a balance to the system I used RIDX every quarter to help in maintenance Had Septic Solutions been honest about the necessity of pumping the system, I would have been more appreciative and recommended his service After advising him of my discern for trying to charge additional services, his attitude was rude and obnoxious and said he would put a lien on my property if I did not pay my bill and report to health dept In addition to what he quoted me $175, he now wants to charge $ I would not recommend his service since he is dishonest and very rude He is the bad bacteria in the septic as far as I am concerned

The customer called for a pump, when we arrived we explained that there is a additional charge for diggingWe exposed the front lid to pump a overfull system with issuesThe customer never explained that they had a filterWe were paid $to dig and pump, we were not paid to clean or replace
the filter but would have if the customer asked for the service which is a additional $100.We explained to the customer that the system had issues and they wanted a second opionThis was 3-months ago.I apologize for the misunderstanding and suggest that the customer continues to use *** *** and *** *** *** *** *** for all their needs in the futureGod bless and Thankyou,Manager, Sewer Septic Solutions
