time Ryan K[redacted] and I negotiated a settlement and he said he would be sending me a check and floor mats. In return I would delete all negative reviews about them. On 4/25 I emailed Ryan about the status of our agreement. He said his brother won't send anything until I delete all negative reviews. I said that wasn't our deal, but will compromise and delete negative reviews upon receiving floor mats. Then they send final payment. This was unacceptable to the Kelly's so we are back to where we started. The floor mats are part of the original sale and should not be held over my head as barter.
