Kelly Dry Cleaners

Review: I took my jacket to the dry cleaner to get cleaned. The dry cleaner accepted the jacket, cleaned it, accepted my payment, and then returned the jacket to me. Once I got home, I opened the bag to see that my jacket was ruined. The silver leather lining on the collar and pockets was completely stripped of colors and gray. I took the jacket back to try to discuss what had happened, and was subsequently verbally assaulted in the store and told that "this was the maker of the jacket's fault" and then that "I brought the jacket this way." I have photos to prove how the jacket looked before the cleaning, and receipts to prove how much the jacket cost, my expenses at the cleaner, and the cost to get the jacket fixed. It was an overall very unpleasant experience and not at all what you would expect from a professional dry cleaner. I went back a second time to try to be reimbursed for the damages done to my jacket, and was told "I'll see you in court."Desired Settlement: I had my jacket repaired for $365 (I can provide receipts) and would like the dry cleaner to cover the costs of the damage.
