Kelly Construction Management Group

The contractor*** Kelly was paid a good price to close in my garage and build a extra room for me and my family. The rooms roof started leaking after first rain after completion. I informed*** Kelly. He came out and claimed he fixed it but when the next rain came it was leaking again. He came out again and said that it was fixed but when it rained the whole roof was wet in several spots and paint was running down the sides of my walls which let me know that there is much leaking still going on. I informed him and asked would he be back to fixed by Jan. 31, 2020 and he assured me that he would but did not! After several times of trying to contact him to discuss the situation; he blocked me from his*** page his instant messenger and his cellular phone. So I have no way of contacting him while my roof continues to leak rain after rain. And I heard he is out doing other jobs.He has gotten my money and does not care about coming back and doing his do overs he rather go out and collect money from other people. He has gotten my money and moved on to the next person. I would have never thought that he would do this to me. He had the nerve to try to put it on me not being satisfied. No one wants a new roof that leaks after you paid someone like*** to give you a good job. I could have went with someone else I had estimates cheaper than his but I choose him to be scammed out my money.
