I received a call from Kell"s outdoor shortly after going on Angie list for a pro to remove 4 shrubs. They told me they would stop by on thursday the 2st after they finished a job because they were in the area the same day I went on Angie list. I called around 5:00 to see if they were still coming and a lady who answered the phone said she had to send them on another job and they would be here tomorrow on Friday the 22nd. I waited at home all day untill 7:00 No phone call. Terrible customer service. Would not do business with them again. I do not want a response back from them. The actions speak for themselves. NO excuse for this No star reviews I had to give one
These guys came as scheduled, trimmed the trees, and cleaned up the yard. They were also very kind and answered all my questions via text quickly before the job. I will definitely call Kelli’s Outdoor Care again when needed.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would recommend to people to NEVER use their services. I received a quote from this company back in March. We had planned for my tree and stump to be removed on May 19 (almost two months after the quote was received). After contacting them, they told me they'd be there at 10am. They called that day and canceled. They agreed to come 3 days later. I came home and the tree was still there. I tried calling the GM multiple times, without any answer. Finally, he called me back the following morning and told me he was pulling up to my house to complete the job. Less than 2 hours later, he texted me that his only climber broke his leg. I find this excuse hard to believe because their climber was supposed to be in my tree that morning and he was not. Not only did the company continue to lead me on and agree to do something they couldn't, I also had to postpone the patio company I hired, postpone the delivery trucks to bring the patio material, as well as pay for 3 dogs to be in doggie day care for 2 days. He agreed to give me a 50% discount, then later retracted that offer because he "wouldn't make any money". This is by far the worst professional company I have ever worked with.
Sorry to hear that you feel that way Megan. Here at Kelli's outdoor care we strive to bring excellent customer satisfaction. We did try to explain to you that the situation was totally circumstantial. The day that we had your job scheduled, due to an injury to are contracted climber. I made a decision, for the safety of your property, and my crew. That it would be best to reschedule your job for later date. under no other circumstances would I have recommended rescheduling your job. We did offer you a 50% discount on any future tree work. And an additional 10% off the job that we had to reschedule for you. we thought this was a very fair offer. Please contact us if change your mind.
Sorry once again!!
