Review: [redacted] was our photographer for our June 30, 2012 wedding. Getting everything promised in our contract since has been a struggle. She does not follow through with her word, answer e-mails, give honest answers, and what I paid for is still not honored. June 2013 I e-mailed her explaining the canvas I wanted printed (part of my wedding package). She e-mailed me that she would order it, as well as my album. In August I received my album, and was assured my canvas would be there shortly. When I questioned it in September her "assistant" (daughter) let me know there must have been an error, it hadn't been ordered, and she would take care of it. We are now in December...still no canvas. I was told most recently it was to be here last Friday. [redacted] gave me a UPS tracking code, which I believe was bogus, because otherwise I would have a package at my house with my canvas inside. It has been 6 months. I want the canvas I paid for, or my money back.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want my money back. Obviously the canvas will never happen....I've been trying for 6 months. I'm tired of checking up on this...I want this issue resolved and done. [redacted] should not be allowed to have a business license with the amount of complaints on this site.

Review: 6/27/13 daughter's wedding pictures, paid in full, have still not received thumb drive and release to print the photos. Will not reply to emails or phones messages, have tried three different phone numbers and different addresses noted for Kelli Lynn Photography in Prosser WA.Desired Settlement: Request to receive the thumb drive of the wedding pictures and release to print.
