receiving her background check due to are system crash. But as I told you on are phone conversations we are an agency from BCI and we have to wait at least thirty days to find out if there were prints done, once we have sent them to BCI we no longer have information About that client and there prints. We do offer the clients a transaction number and give them the number to contact BCI for there results. We do apologize for any in convince that this situation may have caused the client, but on February 15, 2016 I issued [redacted] her refund of $46.00 dollars and apologize that she was unable to receive her background check.   Thank you,   LaTa T[redacted]
