I am rejecting this response because:Please advise if there is a contract between the supplier and IPSleadsTheir website seems to indicate you contract with them to get leads to turn calls from seniors into a saleWhy would this type of a referral be
needed if you have a process for physicians to Requests appropriate suppliesWhy put the elder senior into this and work with a company that targets seniors for sales?

I talked to *** *** of Kelly Medical Equipment & Equipment. She assured me if I sent the back brace back
with the prepaid address label(done), she would make sure the insurance company would not be charged. If she finds out they have already paid, she will make sure they are reimbursed. She sent me documents showing proof someone ordered the equipment. I am working on this issue on my end. I do believe Mrs*** will do as she said.Sincerely, *** *** *** poa
