It was fantastic having Kelley Developments help us prepare our home for sale. We were out of the area and needed to have someone coordinate the work. Kelley Developments took on my to-do list; painting, replace light fixtures, minor appliance repairs, carpet cleaning, house cleaning, pressure washing exterior, as well as some other items. Our home looked outstanding when they were done. We had a full price offer on our home after only two days on the market. They are trustworthy, fair, and professional.
