Received call from business - *** *** states that the reason that consumer did not receive 1% reduction was due to the fact that the signed contact states that "if there was no co-brokerage fee then consumer would receive reduction Business states that they have spoken with consumer and he
should have been aware of the reasoning he did not received reduction Also business states that they would be more than happy to share a copy of this contract for verification of details

There seems to be some miscommunication in terms of the second application fee We would be willing to refund the second fee of $30, which by the way, was never paid to us. We do not have any ability to select tenants for landlords We market properties and the sellers and landlords chose with whom they do business. The customer paid a $30 fee to a third party credit check system required by a landlord.  When she was not approved, she tried in her husband's name and paid the $30 fee again.  He was not approved either.These fees were not paid to our company.The decision to choose another renter was...
