Clearly this complaint has nothing to do with our company, or the way we do business because I did actually provide factual information and do my due diligence in investigating the matterAs I mentioned before, we hold our agents to high standards and do take any issues that arise seriouslyThis is obviously a personal matter of he said/she said and will never be able to be resolved through this mediumThere will be no monetary repayment because as mentioned before, [redacted] has not paid for any services she received because she was the buyer and it was the seller that payed the agent commissionsI am truly sorry that your relationship has ended and understand how badly that hurts, however at this point we have nothing further to comment onI wish you the best of luck in the future

I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. actually the bank required me to raise my offer only on the basis of covering realtor fees I see you and your business have no issue with your agent acting in a careless and unethical manner and disclosing my personal information while under contract with me Your response I'm sure would be quite different had you not already made a profit from me I have shown that she has not been forthcoming with you about her relationship For your information the relationship was over a year ago and that is not what this complaint is based onClearly I need to follow up by taking another avenue.
