Keller Realty Company

I moved out here from the east coast and needed a rental ASAP after getting a job in Reno. I wish I had taken the time to read these reviews ahead of time. I've rented from several different landlords and property management companies over the years and this is by far the worst.

Throughout my year, I paid my rent on time, kept my apartment clean, never wore my shoes inside, did my own upkeep. Every time I had an issue, Keller refused to call back. If I ever did get a chance to speak with anyone, they treated me like a child, refused to help, belittled me, yelled at me over the phone, said I was inconveniencing them, and then just telling me that I'll have to take care of things on my own because they're "too busy".

I could not WAIT to end my lease and get out. My apartment was spotless and perfect. I hired a company to come clean the carpets professionally even after regularly vacuuming and only wearing my socks inside. The inspector no-showed me after I left work early during the work week and they tried to make it seem as if it was my problem and I was inconveniencing them. I later spoke with the inspector and he said my apartment was the cleanest he's seen and on the inspection form only noted some dust and even noted that the condition of some areas was better than when I moved in.

That didn't stop Keller Realty from sending me my deposit less $110 so they could "clean to their high standards." This company is rude and a complete joke. Whatever you do, avoid these guys like the plague.
