Keller modern dentistry has the worse billing department I have ever encountered. I had 3 insurance companies and they refused to take the 3rd insurance. Now it is too late to submit the expenses without going through
Many buearacratic hoops. Bottom line my insurance Ameritas paid them 2485 and it is taking over 2 weeks for the to answer my call or pay me back the amount. . I also paid then over 700 dollars in. treatment which should have been their refunded to me. Total they owe me 5000 dollar . I have spent over 80 hours of time over this issue. Any time I want to solve this problem, they tell me they are buy, sick or understaffed.
