Review: Hired contractor (who was recommended by my granddaughter's boyfriend who had done a lot of jobs with him), to do tile work in bathroom. Tile installed on shower wall where glass shower enclosure had to be placed was not installed correctly. Advised contractor of problem at least 3 weeks ago (time it would take for glass enclosure to be delivered)and was promised that it would be fixed in time. Enclosure was scheduled for installation today, 5/*, but had to be postponed since contractor never showed up to make repair and calls went directly to voicemail with no return call. It then became obvious that cocntractor never intended to do repair so that I am now in the process of trying to get a handyman to do the work and will have to pay for something that has already been paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for what it will cost to have someone come in to do the job that should have been done by Kelco Contracting Corp. ([redacted])
