Keku does NOT refund your balances, bad customer service
Do NOT deposit funds into Keku if you don't want to waste your money. The following was their customer service response when requesting refund of the balance:

The credit currently on your account is unable to be refunded.

As noted in the Expiration Policy of the Terms and Conditions of our website (Section D, Part 2), an account becomes inactive after six months (counting from the date of last use) of no activity. After this six month time-frame KeKu is under no obligation to refund any remaining balance.

Review: Koku charged me for a 69 minutes phone call I did not make. They don't respond to my emails to the costumer service department.Desired Settlement: Refund the amount they overcharge. Explain to me why they automatically collected another $20 when my account still have $31.77.
