I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me They have resolved everything

Good Afternoon,We received the notice of a complaint against us, we are greatly saddened by this turn of events but unfortunately, even when we go above & beyond, we are not able to please everyone.The customer did purchase a vehicle from us & shortly after purchase contacted us to let us
know his radio was not functioning properly Up until that point we had had no problems with the radio in the vehicle & he did not notice any on his test drive However, even though it was not covered under the warranty that came with the vehicle, we agreed to fix the radio at no cost to the customerSince it was a Lincoln, we requested he take the car to the dealer to have it fixedWe supplied the customer with a loaner vehicle free of chargeThe parts needed to fix the radio are on back order so we allowed the customer to keep the loaner vehicle, still at no cost, so he was not inconvenienced furtherThere was no indication the customer was anything but completely satisfied (& had expressed his gratitude several times) until we received this complaint
