All of what mr w*** told us was verbal and we took his word for itMy husband is a military officer and I am retiredWe were new to the area and we too his word for itBy mr w*** telling us he was s local contractor and that his work is warranted whenever we need a repair he would come outWe could have gone with anyone but we chose diamond fencingPrice was not the deciding factor

I am rejecting this response because:
Mr w[redacted] is a liar. Affording our fence had nothing to do with it. He knew we were unhappy because of the positioning of the fence and at that time he offered to move it free of charge with us just buying the material. He told us to wait until the ground settled because he stated that some of the posts could not be cemented in because the ground was too wet. We are owners of a business as well and our committed to our customers, mr w[redacted] is not. Both my husband and I had this conversation with mr w[redacted] when the job was completed. He is not honest we are assuming because he is going through financial issues since he no longer has a business partner. However we are unsure as to why he is changing his mind at this point. As far as our gates mr w[redacted] told us that if anything was wrong with our fence that he would come out anytime to fix it. His warranty was for as long as we had the fence. That too was a lie.
Regards,
