This Dr. has the rudest office staff that likes to hang up on you, reschedule you whenever they feel like it and overcharge you and not refund you the money. They don't charge insurance correctly and when they overcharge you they force you to put the money back into their business (ex: get a credit towards future purchases.) When stating complaints to the office manager she over talks you and gets loud because your upset with the service you are receiving, and she feels she is entitled to treat you poorly because your upset and stern. The answering staff who schedule (may have been the office manager) also are rude. I got hung up on because I was expressing my displeasures in their miscommunication with me and they wanted to just make the apt and hang up, which they did while I was talking. I was not released the name of the employee who hung up on me and was refused to opportunity to speak with the Dr. to resolve the issue with his staff.
