Went there Mon August 6th gave me under cooked shrimp with meal overcooked and refused to refund back money for product
8/6/@ 1/2am went there order food fried shrimp meal and they undercooked the shrimpasked to remake he redropped same shrimp in grease and overcooked themExplained to guy handling the counter that they are now over cooked and just want a refund on them, he told me no he makes them 10times a day and no one complainsHow can u refuse a customer there money when you over cooked there food? if your customer did not eat the product and only bit one shrimp in box and told u was bad this is unacceptable business practices

I place an order for some wings at the Keese's by lauderdale by the sea the owner was so disrespectful she hung the phone up on me when I told her I didn't ordered that flavor wings she was over talking me I couldn't even get a chance to talkAfter she hung up I called back and her employee did the same hung up on me
