company contacts directly, I should contact you. Since this letter, I do have an incident when the owner of Keep It Green Tree Service phoned me directly.   On Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 9:48 AM, the owner called me and conducted a phone call with multiple obscenities; derogatory comments; and for all intents and purposes that he was not going to do anything and I got what I deserved. My wife also heard the conversation since he was so loud and profane, she had no problem hearing it. He stated that all my comments on Facebook about his services and my complaint to the Revdex.com were nothing more than slander and I could wait forever for the refund, because it will never come.   Ms. [redacted], this is NOT about a $60 refund. Rather, it is about a business treating its customers in a manner that other people who may be interested it its services, be forewarned about the conduct of the business and more specifically the owner.   Thank you,    [redacted]
