The cleaning tech. showed up on time walked me through what was going to be done. He made some suggestions on how to prolong the life of the carpet and was finished within an hour of arriving. He also honored the agreed price that he quoted to me before I scheduled the cleaning service. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend.

Used the Carpet Cleaning Service. Mr Vincent O[redacted] and his son came out and pretreated and steam cleaned 4 Bedrooms and as he requested cash or check, I paid by cash. I asked for a receipt as I needed it to maintain my Carpet Warranty. He claimed he was out of receipts and would email it to me. When I did not receive it I requested it twice more and still have not received a receipt The carpet cleaning itself was OK, but he left a watery mess in front of each bedroom door, that he could have cleaned up before he left. But he was anxious to leave, I guess. I WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT READERS OF THIS DO NOT AS WELL

My father had a bone marrow transplant for cancer and before he came home his house and carpeting had to be cleaned. Even though I ran into an little bit of and issue the company was great resolving it and went above and beyond during a very stressful time for me and my family. They truly care for their customers and I am so glad that we used them and will continue to use the again and tell others how great they are. Thank you again for everything!!
