Review: I purchased gift certificates from a mobile detailing [redacted]. He takes the money agreed upon for the service and gives me the gift certificates which I in turn give to friends as gifts and then he tells the receipiants the following : (1) He can't get to them, he is too busy. (2) He refuses to do their vehicle because they are rude. (3) He refuses to do their vehicle becuase it is too dirty.(4) The [redacted] of the vehicle owes him more money for that particular type of vehicle despite my telling him what type of vehicle it was that I was purchasing the gift certificate for(I have written proof of this).In addition, he has scheduled appointments and then does not show or makes up stories as to why he cant detail the vehicle such as keys are locked inside or he has to take his child to the doctor becuase the child has "put a lego up his nose" only to tell me a day or two later that the child never "passed the lego he swallowed". When taking him to court was threatened he said "I'll take my chances".Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. I would like a written apalogy letter to offer to my friends who should have never had to deal with this embarrasing matter or the insults (not to mention the time they missed from work in waiting for him with their vehicle.
