I have had cylinders honed in the past from them and even though I gave instruction and paper work that came with the pistons for the exact dimensions that I wanted the cylinders honed to, they still honed it to what they wanted which is way bigger than what the piston manufacturer calls for but I will update this review when I get around to assembling the engine and see how it runs. They're reasoning was "that's the way every body else wants it". What about the way I want it? It would have been nice had he taken the time to edjucate me as to why he wanted to do it his way; then I would have been able to make a choice before the work was done. Hope the piston skirts don't break off from to much slop as I have a lot of money in the pistons and sleeves also didn't want it to sound like tin cans rattling around in my engine. Bottom line- I guess only Burger King makes it your way.
P.S.- also had break rotors cut there. They did a great job on them with fast turn around time within hours of me dropping them off. My brakes have never been so smooth. Only problem is they quoted me $25each on the phone when I told them what vehicle they were from but then when I get there they tell me $30each so I questioned it and he made some excuse that they needed more work, but he already knew the condition/vehicle from the phone conversation.
Their work is great. They don't appear to go of off any type of price schedule. This is just so you know what to expect before you get there.
I will still do business with them in the future. Just wish they were more user friendly.
