Purchased short boots, they were too large, too wide and junk shoes. I wouldn't be caught wearing them. They will not answer my emails and they don't give any information on how to send them back. Bad Bad Company.

An online shopping warning. I ordered these dark brown “leather” boots from Keenawalk.com thru a Facebook ad. They are small, tight, not a good color, and feel and look like cheap plastic. I have learned to never order online unless the product is shipping from the USA. Their FAQs said shipping from New Jersey. I have requested a refund and have been told I must ship them to a warehouse in China at my expense before they will consider it. Complete rip off, terrible quality and absolutely no customer service. Once they have your money, you are stuck. I’ve seen these same boots offered by other companies and believe they’re changing names as they receive complaints.

Bought shoes saw advertised as premium quality, received in crumpled plastic bag, lowest quality possible, applied for refund and they refused, wanted to exchange for more of their junk, I will not exchange or purchase from them again

I've been trying and trying to reach them. Their phone number is not a working number and I"m not getting a reply from email. I ordered a pair of ankle boots and what came was TOTAL garbage and NOTHING like what the photo on the website shows. I'm feeling very frustrated and like I just got totally ripped off!
