Response taken by phone: He indicates that the meter is calibrated by the county He did not use the meter and the hand wrote the amount on my copy of the delivery receipt Also in his statement, he mentioned complaining against other fuel suppliers, I have no idea what he is talking about

Response taken by phone:  Not sure why they are complaining, I haven't  done anything wrong and I didn't short them.  After I delivered their fuel, after 3 days they went out to measure it and said it was 20 gallons short, the meters are calibrated and sealed by the county even...

offered to go above and beyond that. I also told them that they could have used those gallons with the 3 days with it being cold.  I'm not going to give anything else.  I have even had to stop them from complaining against other fuel suppliers.

Response taken  by phone:  We are sorry the consumer feels this is not accurate.  According to our records, we delivered the amount of fuel that she was billed for.  We have to keep track of all the fuel we deliver
