Keefe Commisary Network Sales

Review: My problem with this company is having an order form that lists products available for me to order from and continually not having my orders filled or only partly filled with no satisfactory answer for why. I am currently incarcerated at Chippewa Correctional Facility in Kincheloe, MI. There is an employee here who runs the store/commissary named Mr. [redacted] who continually acts in an unprofessional and very nasty demeanor and refuses to explain anything to me as well on the whys which is very frustrating. I am not asking to be "given" anything except for my orders to be filled in a professional way or at least an explanation as to what is going on. I cant believe things are consistently out of stock if they are continued to be on the order form and if they are, it would be nice if they communicated that. Keefe does not employ staff that work in the Michigan DOC facilities so any interaction would be those of state employees. Initially we had supply issues with the 2 items in question and they have since been corrected. Thank you, Keefe Commissary Network
