Kedus Hair Salon

I went to Kedus Salon to get a hair color, I asked that I wanted a semipermanent golden bronze color. They said they could do it and it would be $80.00. The stylist game me the book with the colors and I showed her the color I wanted. She stated that they did not have the color in stock and that they needed to go buy it. If it was okay to wait. I said yes. The stylist returned with a box of hair color and proceeds to apply. I look on the mirror and my hair is yellow, I say, I am in the military, I am going to be in so much trouble, this is not the color I showed you. She said to wait that she was not done. Then she proceeds to put a red like color, I was already concerned because my hair was so bright, and a semi permanent on a naturally black hair should not look that bright. The hair color was at the end of the day nothing like what I showed her. That was Saturday July 20, 2019. By the Tuesday my head was shedding hair in bunches, I went to the salon and told them that my hair was falling off and that I had a section on the temple where there was already a bald spot area. They proceed to wash my hair, put a conditioner and told me that they were not going to charge me extra. I have spent so much money since then, I have visited 6 other salons trying to find one that had a product to stop my hair from breaking and falling. Damage is irreversible, hair is dry, hard, dull, like hay. I understand now that those women in Kedus hair salon in VA specially the one who colored my hair DO NOT know what she is doing. She bleached my hair and destroy my hair completely. I am almost bald now and I have to wear a wig, because the damage was so extensive, my hair still today continues to break. I am devastated, I do not believe that this women are licensed to do hair, much less to color. I have no hair no self-esteem.
