Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I cleaned the apartment and have photos to prove that I cleaned and there where no repairs needed I took pictures of all the walls where I filled the holes from nails ect. I replaced all light bulbs, I replace the burner pans and all the blinds where in good condition I have photos of those as well. want my full deposit back thank you [redacted] refused to do a walk through with me I asked him with a certified letter clearly labeled certified along with my twenty day notice. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] knew I had a mental health animal. I have housing due to my mental health. I provided paper work to [redacted] before I moved in to the apartment. [redacted] wanted to see my dog for approval, [redacted] knew all of this.[redacted] intentionally kept my deposit and charged me for things that do not classify as excessive damages. I provided notice with plenty of time to return my deposit to my new residence Sincerely,[redacted]
This individual has filed against me in district court; looks like we will settle this in front of a judge
