Ms. [redacted] and I were able to speak by telephone today and we arrived at a resolution to her concern that she was satisfied with.  I believe the situation to be resolved and appreciate Mr. [redacted]'s time and patience as we resolved the issue.

also checked with our technician and asked him to double check to ensure that your water service has been restored, which I believe it has.    As you requested, I will waive the $40 reconnection fee on our account as a courtesy to you.  As you have already paid your balance, the $40 credit will show on your account and offset your next bill from us.  Additionally, I have waived your last two penalty amounts on your account (totaling $13.51) as a result of your frustration with our customer service.  This will also show as a credit on your next bill from us.   I will send an email to you as you requested addressing the action that you have requested of us.    Please understand that we strive to provide our customers high quality water and wastewater services while also providing a high standard of customer service.  I appreciate your feedback and hope that we have been able to adequately resolve your concerns.  Please contact our office if we can be of further assistance.    Best regards,   Bruce H[redacted], Finance Director
