Mr ***, This is David Self with David Self TractorWe received your complaint from the Revdex.com and are sorry
to hear that you are not satisfied with your package deal on your new tractorThis is the setup we use for the majority of tractors we sell here at David Self Tractor and customers are very satisfiedThe trailer is made to help get your package homeWhen I reviewed the pictures that you sent me, I wasn’t able to see what you hauled on your trailerBut since you upgraded your tires from the invoice sent to the Revdex.com we are willing to split the cost of $and provide $towards those tires to help you outWe strive to be a customer oriented business and are willing to help our customers as much as we can. Thanks,David Self
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10763713, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Mr ***, I actually paid $For good "E" load rated trailer tiresI felt you paying me $per tire ($400.00) was a fair good faith offer since I'm certain you knew the maximum load weight of those trailers.Your business practices and your offer tell me you are not an ethical businessmanI will accept the $200.00, but only because I want to end thisI also am advising you I will not do any additional business with your firm nor will I ever refer or recommend your business to anyoneYou already have lost business on service and parts and I'm sure word of mouth also.It has been made know to ALL that a warning is on the trailers, that no more than pounds of cargo should ever be loaded onBy overloading trailers in the future, it would be an unethical and fraudulent actionJUST the tractor and loader are pounds.
Sincerely,
*** ***
I am enclosing a contract, tire pictures, and a picture of the tag on the trailer stating that the trailer with the cheap tires should NEVER CARRY more than 5500 pounds.[redacted]
I spoke to [redacted] at David Self today. He is contacting the customer as they have the tractor. I asked him to contact [redacted] about the orifface that needs to be installed. The customer wants the dealer to speed up the swing on the backhoe. I advised him not to as it will tip the tractor...
over. The dealer states the key switch and [redacted] was in tact when it left his shop. Regards,[redacted]
