My family has been coming to Morrells for years they have been around forever and can fix anything! Their mechanic is amazing and they have so many parts you can only find online or not at all- I'm so happy we have a shop like this in Winnipeg
Stay away from this business! In April 2015 we took in our Kenmore canister vacuum and paid $22.59 for an estimate of the cost to repair the handle. The vacuum cleaner was working, but there was a problem with the electrical connection in the handle of the power-mate. We received a call a few days later from [redacted]. He said the motor was shot and said it would cost $250 to repair. He offered to sell us a new vacuum. He also said the filters were filthy. In fact I had replaced them before taking it in. I didn't believe the motor was shot, and didn't authorize the repair. When I went to pick it up, [redacted] (or [redacted] brought out the power-mate attachment. I asked where the rest of it was. He motioned for me to follow him to the back of the store where he pointed at a pile of rubble. It was the vacuum cleaner, overflowing with a stack of metal parts. the machine was completely destroyed. Stupified, I said, "What have you done?" He yelled, "GET OUT OF MY STORE. TAKE IT (the rubble) AND GET OUT!" His manner was very threatening. Fearing for our safety, we got out, leaving the rubble that was our vacuum cleaner behind.
