Review: I hired Mr. Golliday to replace the roof on my home in May, 2014. During the month of June he came to my home, alone without other workers, and replaced the roof. During the process, he made several errors that allowed water to invade my home, discoloring the ceilings in several rooms. Upon calling him to fix the problems, he came back a few times and allegedly fixed them, though they continued to appear. I had repairs made to some of the damaged ceilings but waited for him to finish his work to do the rest. He was paid in full, minus the initial repair costs, but has refused to respond to my messages and email about outstanding repair costs. I provided him with photographs of the damage and repairs but got no replies. Since then I have had 2 professional assessments of his work and they both confirm the inadequacy of his work. (I have documented photographic evidence). To secure my home from more internal damage, I had his work completely replaced with a new roof and have begun a breach of contract lawsuit against him.Desired Settlement: The lawsuit requests a refund of all that I paid him along with my court costs involved in filing the lawsuit.

Yes, I have begun a lawsuit against the party about whom I listed the complaint. I don't follow the logic that you cannot process the complaint just because a suit is under way. The court has not issued a ruling, so the Revdex.com would not be overruling a court.
