Half Price Movers strives for customer satisfaction on every move We regret that the move was such that our customer found it necessary to file a claim We do have a claims process in place based on the regulations that govern our industry As soon as we were made aware of the
damage to the customers items, we emailed a claim form to the email address on file A few days later, our staff received a call from the customers wife stating that she had damage and at that time we explained the claims process to her, stating that it is required to have a claim in writing to proceed with the process We also informed her that we sent the claim form to her husband previously She requested that we send the form to her email as well, so we forwarded the email to the email address she provided We never received the completed form back to begin the claims process We were not aware that the customer never received the emails that we sent, however they are still within the days allowed to file a claim We will contact the customer via phone today and schedule an onsite viewing of the damage so we can have the claim form completed in person to avoid any further delays We will make every effort to resolve this matter with our customer, so that they are satisfied with the service they received
