For response statement This customer was faulty accused my company, and my serviceThis restaurant never has service contract with us, we change them by hourly rate ($per hr)I charged $with tax includedThe service include one new printer for kithcen ($350), service $ base on (one hr to pick the old pos computer and trouble shoot onside, one hr try to fix, and trouble shooting, one hr backup all files and database, one hr setup the replacement pos system, one hr for delivery and onside installation)I bought a used computer ($200) for him because he doesn't want to spend money to buy a new one eitherat the end I change him $even with tax included No change on travel cost , look for replacement pc and at the end have to give him discount to make it to evenThat is why I choose not to deal with him anymore, and I don't think he deserve my service

The customer is on hourly service call since the customer has no contract with us for last yearWe can not refund the labor cost but I can refund $for the refurbish pc, and I will pick it up the pc when I refundBut I will not do any business with him anymore since I don't have contract with him either

Review: We have been using this company for our computer and networking services for our Restaurant. Recently we had them come in to fix our main server and printer not even 1 week after the new equipment was installed we experienced major issues with all the equipment. I made several calls to the Rep to come in and fix the problem but they came only 1 time and never resolved the issue. We paid them in full for the service that they were going to provide but we still have many issues with our system and now our business is suffering as a result. I believe this equipment was defective to begin with, I believe this company is not providing the proper service and they are charging their customers and taking the money and running away. I have made many attempts to contact the rep to finish the work we paid for but they refuse to. I think this company should be investigated as they may not have the qualifications to perform this work and may have done this to other customers as well. I don't feel they should be in business.......Desired Settlement: I would like this company verified and investigated to see if they are actually qualified to perform this type of work!!!!I would also like the system repaired and or replaced and back to working order as we paid for or I would like a complete refund of the Money we paid for services that Were Not Rendered!!!

We can not refund the labor cost but I can refund $200 for the refurbish pc, and I will pick it up the pc when I refund.
