This broker took as a deposit for me to hold an apartment she then altered a letter that was supposed to be given to me to bring to ask for a one shot deal to say that the money was no refundableI never signed any agreement stating this and I know that she does not have an original stating this she then stated she would send me half of the and didn’t send it saying the bank sent the money to me
