customer did purchase this Tag Heuer watch from our retail store in Albuquerque.This watch is under warranty by the manufacturer for a period of two years from the date of purchase. There are no charges for any work done because its under warranty. Becausethe watch is under warranty we are required as Tag Heuers authorized dealer to send all repairs back to their company for work to be done. Unfortunately the turn around timefor repairs through the Tag Heuer service center are running approximately six weeks. We have requested rush service on this watch from Tag Heuer.Because this watch has been certified to a certain level of water resistance this service is required when changing a battery to ensure the integrity of the watch.I truly apologize for the length of time this service takes from Tag Heuer.
