In response to ID [redacted]'s vehicle was parked in a commercial parking lot at the time he claims his vehicle was dented during snow removal efforts.  We deny [redacted]'s claim.  [redacted] did not witness and has not produced any witnesses to this assumed incident. [redacted]...

[redacted]'s vehicle was also parked in several other locations on the same day he claims his vehicle was dented.  On March 30, 2016 the insurance company spoke to [redacted] and offered him a compromised settlement of $500 to cover his insurance deductible, plus an additional $350 for diminished value. [redacted] asked the insurance company to call him back in a week.  To date, April 11, 2016, [redacted] has not responded to the insurance company's inquiries.Thank you,Monica W[redacted]
