Review: I paid for tax prep services by kcj fin, recieved notification from the IRS of discrepancies, I contacted kcj on a number of occasions via email text and even facebook. The company just uped and disappeared.I have dealt with [redacted]r [redacted]. I am now fighting a losing battle, for services provided by kcj in their error.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to contact me via phone and explain to me what steps will be taken to resolve this issue along with an apology, and refund for services.
