This customer purchased through ACCNOW inside of our building He was not happy with his merchandise and ACCNOW picked up his furniture on and he was refunded

Good afternoon, Our delivery drivers are not permitted to handle cash or checks of any sort I can have the check cut and mailed to the Home Store in [redacted] and he can pick up the same day that we pick up his furniture If we have our merchandise there is no reason for us to withhold our money We would not be a growing business if we did not refund our customers the money that is due to them Once we receive our merchandise we will refund the money that is due, as this is a standard policy with any company Sincerely, [redacted] ***
