contract on 12/3/19 . For: family room walls & ceiling repair and texture$810. Same for dining room $810. Back hall walls & ceiling 150.
Paid in full with notation on contact and he initialed and signed for work to be finished. Only ceiling textures in rooms was completed.
Contract 12/17/19 upstairs hall walls and ceiling down payment given of $200. And has never returned.
Many attempts to settle this were given excuses of accident and then no shows and then not returning calls and messages to be told to quit harassing them. I want my money back for work not done. Total monies paid to him $1970.
