Will accept warranty after I recive the copy. They sold as lexus certified with bad condition of tyres which is not fair at all. Need resolution with the tyres as well.

The warranty has been sent to the client. Signed by the client and is now in affect.  In addition from the first complaint the client now seeks 4 new tires for his vehicle based on an inspection by another dealer.  Lexus of Rockville Centre will replace 4 tires if our own inspection states the same.
