KB Realty taught me the fundamentals of being an effective Landlord and helped me efficiently manage my properties without giving myself a lot of stress and headaches. I've been able to do things on my own with confidence and conviction, knowing I am making the right decision. They have been great to work with for over a year now. I have had no issues.

I completely understand things break and need to be repaired but after numerous times of our fridge breaking I feel it should have been replaced. In our contract it stated someone would come out in May and October to change out from the air to heat. It never happened. Had to call them every time and ask for someone to come out. I had emailed that our smoke alarms in the upstairs were not working properly. Batteries were changed in the ones going off but that didn't. We never got an email or call back and nobody ever showed up to fix so those were never fixed. It took a month to fix our toilet. Granted one of the weeks we were out of town but they had a few days before we left to get it fixed and plenty of time to come out when we got home. Make phone calls and e-mails. When we moved in the house was dirty, towel racks and toilet paper dispensers were off the wall, carpet had stains and rips, the bathroom shower had black mold in it. They are trying to make us pay for their faulty maintenance and to pay for brand new carpet when it needed to be replaced before we even moved in. When we moved in someone from the office was supposed to come in and do a walk through with us of the house. That never happened.
