I spoke the the guest regarding the money not being refunded and apologized She has been refunded the money and accepted my apology

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my
complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
My bank provided the refund to me, not the business, as I did not authorize the charges to my credit cardThe business should refund my bankSecondly, the business lied about "numerous attempts to contact me" and "after so many unanswered emails and voicemails" they gave up attempting to reach me to resolve the complaintThe business never attempted to contact me prior to the Revdex.com complaint; I have never missed a phone call or email from themThe only contact I have ever had was one phone call on August 18th at 6:45pm when the business called regarding the Revdex.com complaint.
