Review: On 3/18/2015, we purchased a Kirby vacuum from KB Enterprise. After investigating the machine on line I found a price that was considerably cheaper and called the business and said we were invoking the 72 hour clause and would be returning the vacuum. The owner, [redacted] came to pick up the machine and asked why we were returning it.. We told him that we found a better price on the internet. After discussing it further he offered to reduce the price by $545.90 and would credit my card for that amount. Since that time we have been in contact with [redacted] by message left with employee and once I spoke personally with [redacted] who claimed to need our card number again. I gave it to him and received assurances that the account would be credited that Monday. As of this date-5/7/2015-we have received no credit hence this complaint. and a request for relief in this matter.Desired Settlement: At this point a cash settlement would be preferable to credit to my card or check because if past actions are any indication, that would be the only sure way to collect.
