K.B. Construction

I had k.b.contruction remove a bath tub and install a stand up shower on 9-20-2012 k.b.gave me a quote for 2500.00 dollars for the job and charged me an extra 200.00 to repair ceiling tiles that I provided and they did the damage to my ceiling my shower has water that runs outside of shower onto my floor and shower has three soft spots and water does not drain unless you stand on the drain its self or the water will sit in the soft spots and on the sides of the drain k.b.said thats the way the shower is made and the holes the the ceiling that they put there said it wasnt their fault I spent 505.48 for my new shower and to spend 2700.00 dollars to have k.b.install it and have nothing but problems with it should not have to stand on drain for water to go down or stand it water that won't drain and my ceiling falling down and I have pictures of all the problems.
