I purchased a pair of clippers from kbbarber.com in early July, and they have since ceased to turn onI'm trying to get a hold of someone there so I could possible get a copy of my receipt, so I can deal with the manufacturer for a warrantyI'm getting a code for their website, and when I try to call their phone number listed for Lakewood, Ca I get disconnectedI don't know how else to get in contact with their business

Last wednesday1/21/I ordered some items from KB I am in Las Vegas NV I was told that they would ship that day and I would probably get them Friday1/23/and if not Friday probably Saturday 1/24/from U.SPostal Service, I did not so I called KB on Monday1/26/and was told that the order was not shipped yet because they were out of an item but that it would ship today and that she would call later in the day and give me a tracking number, she did not call and at 5:pm I called
and was told it had been shipped and was given a tracking number, the tracking number was not a good number and my credit card company show no charge to my card so I think once again, I was told something other than the truth, I am sorry I did not order from another company because KB is not reliable

This company seems very sketchy I placed an order on Sept7, but (days later) have not received any confirmation about shipping or whether the order is being processed On the website, they state products are usually shipped on the same day, which is why I chose to order with KB Barber Supply I have tried emailing this company, but the email address they have is not valid showing a delivery status notification failure in my inbox I have tried calling, but no one picks up, the mailbox is also full, so I cannot leave a message This is a horrible company I feel like I have been ripped off by a scam artist
