What an amazing business. First time we ordered off them, they supplied us with free front brake pads for a Jaguar 500. Then the second time we ordered off them. There was a delay in communication from the business due to a part being back ordered. Then we ordered off them for a third time and had nothing but the best customer service we have ever received. They said if we ordered a front primary clutch for a jaguar 500 they would throw in a drive belt for free. Highly recommended business. Definitely will recommend this to everyone and hope to have future business with them.
This isn't just another internet company selling parts. They are real people that care about their customers. Jim from Kazuma USA parts could not have been more of a helpful. He went out of his way to find me an obscure part that he doesn't even sell and got it to me before Christmas on short notice. I have ordered from them 3 times now and each time has been very positive.
Review: I had ordered parts from this company on May 23 2015 and I only received half of my order. I have tried to email and call this company to resolve this matter numerous times. They have yet to take care of this issue.Desired Settlement: I am only looking to receive the money back that I paid for the parts and shipping.
