Ms. D[redacted] advised her that it would be tough but they would be willing to help the consumer out. She states that she had to have her driver and other employees stay...
late on Thursday night to get the truck packed for the consumer's order. Ms. D[redacted] states that they provided the consumer with the confirmation number over the phone when payment was received. She states that the consumer called on Friday morning at 6:00 am to cancel. She states that the driver was in route when the consumer called back to make sure they knew to cancel the order. Ms. D[redacted] states that their normal cancellation policy is 2 weeks prior to the stuff being delivered. She states that they did refund the consumer half and the other was used for their inconvenience.
